I appreciate all of your continued prayers and support for my wife and her family in the loss of her mother. It has been a tough 2 days. Her mother was happy and jovial on Sunday as we celebrated her birthday, but she unexpectedly turned worse on Monday morning and passed from this life yesterday afternoon. Jen and her family have taken it very hard. Ruth was an awesome awesome lady.
She was the greatest mother-in-law a guy could want. She was always on my side. lol. She was continually up on the latest celebrity gossip, thanks to the National Enquirer, and wasn't afraid to start talking about Brad and Angelina like they were her neighbors. She was hilarious.
She loved her grandkids dearly and was a terrific mamaw.
I had the privilege of baptizing her this year.
She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed by all.
